We Carry for Ours, and for Yours

Posted on August 6, 2019June 21, 2025

Every firearm carrier wrestles with the question of whether or not to get involved in something that does not directly affect their safety or the safety of their loved ones. That is a personal choice, and regardless of that choice no one can really tell what they would do unless put in a horrific situation. This is why I pray, and train, before I strap on my holster.

I pray that you move me, Lord, to not fear evil and to protect those in harm’s way if called upon.

We invest in readiness, God forbid it become necessary, because evil does exist, because evil knows no law, because evil finds a way, and because you cannot expect the police or corporate security to be there in a split second to prevent or minimize evil acts.

There are those among you that would put their life at risk to protect your family same as theirs, where government cannot. They invest significant money and time because they care. They even put their freedom and meager wealth at risk. You have the power to prevent them. You also have the power to uplift and empower them, and to help them raise the bar.

If you are concerned about what is happening in America, value life in the highest, and are capable of rising to the challenge, then I call upon you to rise and accept.
